Getting Started

Yes! We are a small, family business. We are not "Big Tech" and buying from us does not fund a third vacation home for some Big Tech CEO. Buying from a small business helps a family pay a mortgage, put food on the table and buy school clothes.

A Digital Business Card is more of a service than a thing. You will receive a 30 mil PVC (similar to a credit card) business card with an NFC Chip and a QR Code. However, the real benefit is the online Business Card Profile. It can be shared on social media, in emails and on printed materials. You can share your profile link or your own QR Code. (Your QR code is available on your card dashboard)

The NFC chip can be read by most phones by simply tapping the phone to the card and the QR code can be scanned with most camera phones. Tapping the card or scanning the QR code will take your customer to your online Business Card Profile that you can customize with your own contact information and links. Your customer can bookmark your online Business Card Profile and add you to their phone contacts.

The NFC chip in the custom business card can be read by tapping most smart phones to the card. The QR code can be scanned with the camera app on most smart phones. Tapping the card or scanning the QR code will take your customer to your online Business Card Profile that you can customize with your own contact information and links. Your customer can bookmark your online Business Card Profile and add you to their phone contacts.

Click the "Sign Up" link at the top of this page to register your new account, select your Digital Card style and complete the payment.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to your Dashboard and your online Card Profile.

You will need to reply to the email and attach your logo file for your card if you have selected a one or two side card. If you have selected a custom card, we will need your graphics and some details on how you want your custom card to look. We can do basic graphic design to design your card but can not design a logo for you.

Once we receive your logo file or graphics for your card, your card proof will usually be ready within 1-2 business days. After you have approved your design, your card will be printed and shipped within 1-2 more business days.

We mail your card using USPS Priority Mail so it usually take 3-5 days for a letter to be delivered. So, as long as there are no delays in getting the logo file or graphics and a proof approval, you should receive your card within 7-10 days. However, your Digital Card Profile is available immediately after payment is complete so your link or QR code (available on your card dashboard) can be used right away.

We are a small business so we do not have a call center full of operators or a contract with a call center in India. We use a helpdesk system to answer questions and resolve problems. Click the "Support" link at the top of this page and open a new support ticket. In some cases we may need to speak on the phone. If this is the case, we will call you at the phone number in your account.

We only collect the information you provide in your account and Digital Business Card Profile. We do not sell your information to third parties for advertising purposes. We do not collect and track personally identifiable tracking information. We do track profile view counts for statistic reporting purposes.

Your payment information is not stored on our servers. Payments are processed by Square Payments (www.squareup.com) and all payment data is handled by them.

Account

After signing up and completing the payment, you will receive an email with the link to the Dashboard as well as a link to your Digital Business Card Profile.

The link to your Online Profile will use your 8 digit Card ID. Example: 123456578.nexxtcard.me
You can update this on your profile editor to use a custom link. Example: firstlast.nexxtcard.me (subject to availability)

Visit the Admin Dashboard or click the Login link at the bottom of your Online Profile to edit your profile information. You will use the same login for your Dashboard login or Profile login.

Your subscription will be invoiced once per month on the same day of each month. If you have not selected Automatic Billing (see next topic) you will receive an email when your invoice is ready for payment for that month. Invoices are due within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices not paid by the 10th day will result in your card account being suspended.

If you would like to have your debit or credit card charged automatically each month follow the directions below. You will receive an email with a link to pay your invoice on your next billing date. Make sure you click the "Save my card on file..." option on that payment to have the payment automatically charged each month.

Single Card Account Setup
  • Log into your account Dashboard
  • Click "Account Management" in the left menu
  • Click the "Edit Account" button to the right of the account information box
  • Click the Blue "Request Automatic Billing" button in the "Automatic Billing" section
  • When the setup is complete, you will see "Yes" beside "Automatic Billing"
Multiple Card Account (Account Manager) Setup
  • Log into your account Dashboard
  • Click "Accounts" in the left menu
  • Click the yellow "View" button beside your account in the list
  • Click the "Edit Account" button to the right of the account information box
  • Click the Blue "Request Automatic Billing" button in the "Automatic Billing" section
  • When the setup is complete, you will see "Yes" beside "Automatic Billing"
Stop Automatic Billing

If you would like to stop the automatic payment, Follow the same directions and click "Cancel Automatic Billing"

NOTE: Automatic Billing must be stopped at least 48 hours before your next payment is due to be charged.

You can cancel your account at any time without penalty. Your first month covers the production cost of your plastic Digital Card so it is not refundable. Charges are not prorated so you will need to cancel your account before your invoice date. If you are on automatic billing, you will need to cancel your account at least 48 hours before your invoice date.

Standard Account
To Cancel your account, log into your account, click "Account Management" and then click "Close This Account"

Account Manager Account
To Cancel your account, log into your account, click "Accounts" and then click the account you would like to cancel. You can click "Close This Account" or "Close All Accounts"
Note: If you close the account manager account, all accounts managed by you will converted to standard accounts and will be responsible for their own payment.

Pricing

Your first month payment is due at signup and covers the cost of production for your physical card. The first month of service is not refundable after your physical card is produced and shipped. The monthly subscription is not prorated and is charged for the next month of service. If you need to cancel your account, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next invoice date.

We offer signup discounts for certain promotions. Signup discounts will adjust your initial payment and your monthly subscription price to the discounted amount. If you are signing up as an account manager and have more than 10 accounts, open a support ticket and we will review your account for available discounts.
